Sports Complex Feasibility Study

RDG Planning & Design and Johnson Consulting presented the results of the Sports Complex Feasibility Study, commissioned by DRA and supported with funding from Dubuque Initiatives. 

Included in the study are suggestions for improvements that can be made on Schmitt Island as well as evaluation of costs, feasibility and need for a complex in Dubuque regardless of location.
